Terms and Condition

Booking and Reservations

  • Reservations: All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or email.
  • Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed once you receive a confirmation email with the booking details.
  • Deposit: A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The balance is due upon check-in.

Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in: The check-in time is from 14:00 hours onwards. Early check-in may be available upon request but is not guaranteed.
  • Check-out: The check-out time is by 12:00 hours. Late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee.
  • Identification: A valid photo ID proof and booking confirmation be required at the time of check-in.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the check-in date to avoid any cancellation fee. Any booking cancelled within 72 hrs prior to check-in date will attract 100% cancellation charges
  • Refunds: If a cancellation occurs within the designated time frame, you will receive a full refund minus any applicable service charges.
  • No-Show : No-shows will be charged the full price of the reservation.

Guest Behaviour

  • Respectful Behaviour: We expect all guests to maintain respectful behaviour towards our staff and other guests during their stay.
  • Noise Levels: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Damages: The Hotel has the discretion to levy any charges at the time of check-out or in future if it is proven beyond doubt that such damage/destruction to the asset of the Hotel (both movable and immovable) have been done or caused by the Guest.

Pets and Smoking

  • Pets: Dogs (excluding assistance dogs for the disabled), cats, birds, and other animals, or pets in general are not allowed in the hotel unless otherwise stated.
  • Smoking: please ask for an ashtray from reception, do not smoke in bed or other areas prone to catching fire, even when staying in a smoking room. Smoking is allowed on the balconies, the terrace and in front of the entrance, but only “as long as it does not disturb non-smokers”

Privacy and Data Protection

  • Personal Data: We respect your privacy. Any personal data collected during booking will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Marketing: By booking with us, you agree to receive occasional marketing communications. You can opt-out at any time.

Liability and Insurance

  • Liability: The hotel is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to guests' personal belongings during their stay.
  • Insurance: We recommend that guests have travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events.

Force Majeure

  • The hotel is not responsible for failure to fulfil obligations in case of unforeseen events such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions that prevent us from operating.

Amendments

  • The hotel reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.

Governing Law

  • The accommodation agreement between the hotel and the guest shall be governed by the laws of India.
  • The Nainital District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any disputes(including court mediation procedures)regarding the accommodation agreement between the hotel and the guest.
